My Story

Todd lives in West Texas. He retired from the U.S. Navy after a twenty-six-year career and now works for an oil and gas company. He enjoys reading and usually averages 100 books annually. His favorite genre is post-apocalyptic. He has no one favorite author in this genre; there are too many great authors to choose just one.

Todd shoots competitively when he is not busy writing, working, trying to catch up on his to-do list, or traveling in their RV. His favorite pistol is a Walther Q5 Steel Frame Match Pro. He currently shoots Steel Challenge, USPSA, and IDPA locally.

Larisa Atkinson ventured into the world of writing after agreeing to edit a book for her husband. The thrill of editing and writing surprised her, and she was determined to continue this exciting adventure.

She makes her home in Texas, living the dream, as her husband would say. She enjoys traveling in their RV and discovering unique places.

She loves reading, writing, crafting, and working in her garden. She also enjoys spending time at the range shooting her pistol, a Sig P365X Rose edition. In her previous life, she worked in educational libraries for many years, during which time her love of reading expanded.

Larisa is obsessed with anything paranormal. Creating a paranormal, post-apocalyptic world was a challenge that thrilled her. Bringing her passion for the paranormal in an apocalyptic world made perfect sense to her.
